If you ARE registering for the package deal, a room will be automatically reserved for you by Rotary. Please DO NOT call the hotel, or you will risk double-booking. All rooms are non-smoking. Rooms included in the package deal must be double-occupancy.

"A-LA-CARTE" HOTEL ROOMS

If you are NOT registering for the package deal, but you DO want to stay overnight, you will need to call the hotel to book your room.

Blocks of rooms are being held for a limited time at special rates for Rotary. To reserve an "A-La-Carte" room, please call the Boxborough Holiday Inn at (978) 263-8701 by April 22.

CLUB HOSPITALITY ROOMS

If your club will be hosting a Hospitality Room, please contact Dave Moquin at 978-537-9214 as soon as possible. (email: drmoquin@yahoo.com) Dave will confirm your hospitality room number and provide more information about this year's hospitality program.
